This is how it works.
The mini calendar in the center works as a habit tracker. The space below you can write your goals for the week or copy down a quote to inspire you. I add a quote to my weekly bullet journal layout. Click here to see the ideas I use.
The numbers at the top of page 2 are for a weekly time tracker or sleep tracker. It could be both. The rest I don't think I need to explain.
