How to Make Bullet Journal + Planner Pages Faster

You are probably thinking, "I hardly even have time to scribble down my daily tasks, much less time to make a masterpiece!"

I totally get what you mean. :)

All of us are so busy and it is hard to find time to plan.

So how are you going to be able to make those Bullet Journal + Planner pages faster?

Today, I have some tips for people who use bullet journals and people who use planners, so if you have a planner, then you can skip ahead to where I talk about my planner tips.

Bullet Journaling

A great way to create a bullet journal layout faster is to make a stencil for it, which you can just trace every time you want it. This works best for a page that you do over and over again, like a weekly page.

  1. This would be just the basic format and then you can embellish it and decorate it how you want it to look like.
  2. To make a stencil for you weekly or other pages you want to repeat over and over again, all you need is a piece of cardstock, a pen, and some scissors.
  3. Take your piece of cardstock and place it under the page you want to make the stencil for.
  4. Retrace over the page you want to make a stencil for, pressing in hard so it will appear on your piece of cardstock.
  5. Then take the page out and fill in the indents with a pen or pencil.
  6. Cut out the bits you are going to trace over and over again.

There you have it, that is how you make a stencil for bullet journaling! I wouldn't recommend making a stencil for a page that you are probably only going to use once. That will take away time from your day instead of adding to it.

Planner

If you are using a planner, then you could always have a bunch of backup pages, so you don't have to reprint out that page over and over again.

Another great way to speed up the process of making a page is to use a multi-use stamp and ink set. You can find some really cute ones at multiple places.

You can also buy planner stencils or use stickers!
